Definitely take her to the vet right away. They’ll find some medicine for her that won’t hurt the babies but the worms could hurt the babies and could even kill your cat. The only thing you can do is take her to the vet for treatment quickly. You cannot get worms from your cat so don’t worry abt that

The vet can prescribe something for your cat that is safe for her and the unborn babies. Nothing that you buy at the grocery store, the pet store or Walmart is safe. Having worms is bad for her, as they are robbing her and the babies of nutrition that is meant for them, but being taken by the worms. The kittens will be born with worms as well, and yes worms can kill babies. Worms don’t go away without proper medicine. Get her dewormed at the vet (and discuss when she can be spayed while she is there), then come home and disinfect her litter box. Dump the litter, clean the box with bleach, then refill with fresh litter. Otherwise she’ll just reinfect herself again.
And yes, you could get worms too – it’s unlikely unless you put your hands in your mouth after cleaning the box. Wash your hands after scooping, and you should be fine.

Ok, so I get that you’re 14. And maybe it’s not your fault that apparently the adults entrusted with the cat’s care assumed worms just….disappear. And then they assumed it’s ok to let the cat get pregnant. And I’m sure they think they have great homes for these kittens that will miraculously be just fine.
Sorry, I’m not blaming you. But if your parents let you get the cat and then are allowing all this to happen, I feel bad for both you and the cat.

You have to tell your parents that the cat needs to see the vet. She needs a dewormer or else she will pass these worms onto the kittens. Also, yes, you can get worms fromyour pet, so be sure you wash your hands well after you clean the box.

You should take the poor cat to the vet asap. None of my cats have ever had worms during pregnancy, but I know it can be serious. The vet will have a safe treatment for your cat.

Take her to the vet for an examination and a prescription for a wormer safe for pregnant cats.

You need to take that cat to a vet – they will know what to do.
