Since you are so very low income check your local humane society or animal control agency for any help they may offer.
If you are on government assistance, check with your social worker for any help that may be available to you.
Without knowing what kind of worms your cat has, it’s almost impossible to treat her. Over the counter worming medicines DO NOT WORK!!!!!!!
There is no home remedy that I am aware of that works for worms except a visit to a veterinarian who will be able to determine what type of worms the cat has if you have a fecal sample.
Perhaps, in your situation, it would be best to think of placing the cat in another home where it will get the treatment it needs for now and into the future. If the cat becomes very sick, which it may having worms without being treated, how will pay to care for her then?
As much as you must love her, you must do right by her. She is depending on you to take care of her and that unfortunately requires money from time to time.
Give her the chance of having a good home, in time you may be in a better financial situation to take on the responsibility of another pet

The Pet Fund
Provides financial assistance to owners of domestic animals who need veterinary care. The “triage” system for deciding which cases to fund is based on the stated financial need of the animal owner, the opinion of the treating veterinarian as to the medical necessity and urgency of the treatment needed, and the demonstrated capability of the animal owners to be responsible for their animals. Owners need to complete an application and funding agreement and provide proof of income. Vets will have to sign a waiver and provide an estimate of treatment costs. They advise you to call first (916) 443-6007. Grants are capped at $500.

theres no way to tell what kinda worm it is unless you take it to somebody who knows what your looking at.
call up a vet and tell them about whats going on. you dont have hardly any income, and you really want to help your cat
when my cat had worms, i had the same problem, and i called up about 20 vets, somebody told me they’d sell me antibiotics for the lesser kind of worms, and i’d have to give them to her, (they were pills, i had to grab my cat and shove them down her throught, it was horrible, and she hated me) but fortunatly, the pills worked, so it was the other kind of worm
the kind of worms my cat had were from a flea, that she swallowed, (i guess she had a flea on her, and she was grooming herself, and while she was licking, she swallowed it) and then that flea died in her stomach and gave her the worms, the worms were in her stomach and would eat most of the food i gave her, instead of letting her get the nutrients she needed from the food i was giving her. she got very skinny, before i realized there was a huge problem. i thought it might take care of itself, and thats why i waited for a little while.
if your cat has fallen into having a less chipper attitude, chances are, your cat has had worms for so long its affecting her so much she doesnt have the energy to do anything anymore, where shes not getting anymore nutrients.
some vets will view it as abuse if you explain the situation incorrectly. keep telling them you had no idea this would affect your cat in the way it has, and you really want to do anything you can to help her, but you dont have any money to do anything.
the antibiotics the vet sold me cost $6. i flea bombed my house before i started giving her the antiboitics, and got her a new flea colar because i didnt want her to get worms again, and then i started giving her the antibiotics (oh, she hated me) and now she is wormie free, and i give her flea baths on a regular basis, a bottle of flea shampoo at walmart is $2.
