Why is my cat puking up white worms?
Q: Why is my cat puking up white worms? These worms were not flat they were round white but translucent and about an inch long to about and inch and a half. Are they worms or parasites?
A: It sounds like it could be round worm. Even if you take your cat to the vet, it may take quite a while to get rid of roundworms. Multiple visits to the vet for continued treatment while showing concern for your cat may cause a bit of trauma for your cat (unless its one of the 1 in the million that actually likes getting in a cat carrier, and sitting next to a Labrador a parrot and a snake). Ensure that you keep applying the treatment until the worms are gone, but at the same time consult your vet to ensure that the treatment that you are using will not cause harm through extended use.
