My 3 year old male cat just threw up and as i was cleaning it i noticed that what looked like a small white thread in the vomit. When i examened it closer i realized it was moving..it was only one ‘worm’ and i’m not sure what to do. Any help?

I saw a little white thing coming out of my cats butt… when I went to examine it, it went back in. It was white and alittle bit bigger than a grain of rice.
How could she have gotten worms?? she is an indoor cat… Is it cause my mother in laws house is flea infested? What would happen if she isnt treated?? Is there any way I can treat her at home? I don’t have a single penny to take her to the vet right now… Please, I need help… I can’t lose her, she is my only friend!

i have a kitten and sometimes after he goes to the bathroom he’ll drag his bum on the floor then clean his bum.. he was given medicine to prevent worms though? my mom said maybe he’s just trying to clean him bum? what do you think?

I just noticed something the size of a grain of rice on his butt and when i pulled it off with a napkin, it was in fact a little white worm. I have two other cats, but I’ve never dealt with worm problems before. Can i buy something over the counter, or do I have to go to the vet? Can my other cats get them too? Please help.

In the past i have given them both over the counter meds for worms…
How can i get rid of these worms and are they harmful

one of my cats is having problems with what seems like worms. when you first see it, it’s like a little yellow blob. but then it streatches to move. I’ve been finding these in my cat for over a month now and we have some worm stuff, but we can’t really tell what they are. I think they are Pinworms, but I’m not real sure about that. can anyone tell me? again, it’s like a little yellow blob and it streatches to move. thanks!

I have treated her twice and low and behold she still has them! They are little rice looking worms and I really dont have the finances to take her to a vet right now so I need to treat her myself! IS it tape worms maybe I am not treating her right? I have a child and another adult cat in the house I don’t want anyone to get infected. This cat came from an abusive home with lots of fleas I have treated her for the fleas but I need advice on the worms!?! ANYONE!?! HELP!?!?

I was laying on the couch with my cat a few minutes ago and noticed two little rice-shaped objects on the fur around his butt. I picked at it and they looked like little worms.
My cat doesn’t have fleas and I change his litter twice a week, and scoop it once a day. He is very healthy and has never had anything like that before so I am wondering what it is and if it is, in fact, something that can wait until Monday to see a vet for.
I am very worried, although he hasn’t been acting sick…can anyone tell me what that is and how serious it is?
I plan on taking my cat to the vet on Monday, but in the meantime I thought I would try to get some feedback on this here….so please, no “Take your cat to the vet!!” answers. Thanks.

She has always been on the plumper side, and now she seems a little TOO thin. I mean she has been outside a lot more in the nice weather, but she has never been this thin, and I have not decreased the amount of food I am feeding her. What do I do?

When I clean her box I notice teeny tiny white things in her feces that I think are worms. And she wants to eat more than usual. Does anyone know what these are and what is the best thing to buy to get rid of them! Thank you!
