the cat in question is an 8 month old male, and the owner is afraid to use too much of the medication she has now for him, and would like to be able to use something not as harsh on his system.

Worms are roundworm. cat is 3 months old. The tablet administered was Milbemax (good for round worm). Cat has been sick 4 times over a 24 hour period. I got tablet off Vet and told to administer no more than 1 every 4 weeks, but now i don’t know if the cat ingested enough of the tablet chemicals, in the 5mins before he vomited up the pink tablet paste. His poop is riddled with worms and every time he eats a small bit of his food, he gets sick. I am really worried. He needs to hold down some food soon!

I wormed my cat with drops that were applied to the back of his neck. It was a brand that I have never used before.
About 5 minutes after it was applied he started frothing at the mouth and ran to go outside. I let him out, but kept an eye on him.
Approx 10 minutes later I checked on him and he was fine and was not frothing anymore.
I brought him in and gave him some treats as I thought maybe he might have reacted to the taste of it.
What could have caused him to do this?

At 8 weeks old I took my kitten to the vet for his first check up, de-fleaing and de-worming. He is now 13 weeks, and last weekend he had his second jabs. I’m just wondering how long the flea treatment and worming treatment the vets administer last, and how often i should de-flea and de-worm my kitten. And before anybody says anything I have him booked in to get neuteured late september.
Also what age do people usually let their cats outside by themselves? Obviously after he’s neutured, but I just want a guidline. I live in a quiet area, and have a huge back garden, no where near any main roads.

I have used a spot on treatment (front line) for my cats. Now I want to use a spot on wormer (profender). Is there a time period that should be left between the two treatments.

Our cat is about 4 weeks along, we have 2 other cats and have noticed one of them has worms. We want to give all 3 meds, to be on the safe side, but we want to make sure it’s safe for the expecting momma kitty before we give her meds…..

My cat’s weight is 5kg
There are two different types one is for cats that weigh 4kg and there is an XL box for cats that are 6kg and over.
It says that one tablet = 4kg or 6kg depending on which one you buy.
Seeing as my cat’s weight lands in the middle which one should i buy.
I’ve seen them at a reasonable price on the internet but the information wasn’t to clear, for example the picture on the box says Drontal (tablets) but the description the seller gave said Drontal (tablet) so how many come in a box?
Is there anyone out there who can give me professional advise as i don’t what to give him the wrong dosage in case it makes him ill in any way. I’ve given him worming tablets in the past (NOT DRONTAL) and he threw up a couple of hours latter, and have given him the Bob Martin spot on worming treatment but want to give Drontal a try as it is supposed to be more effective and have read good reviews.

I got a 8 week old kitten from a shelter and they told me she can be given flea treatment and been wormed but when I got her home and brushed her, I found quite a few fleas on her. I have given her a bath and a 4 fleas tablet, will go and get some Frontline spray from the vet on Monday as I only have Frontline drops and these cant be given to cats under 12 weeks. Do you think it is ok to give her a Drotal worming tablet too? It doesnt say on the flea or drontal box that you can not mix them, but I don’t want to make the kitty sick
