Another answer is that your other cat may be jealous of the attention that your sick cat is getting. Revenge/jealousy is an emotion that is not confined to humans. Also, some cats will simply not like being around sick cats, as it is a sort of preservation instinct. Unfortunately the issue will only be resolved once the sick cat has recovered.
